30-Day Return Requests

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Email your order number, item, reason, and relevant photographs. Obtain approval and the designated warehouse address before shipping; do not automatically use our business address.

Eligibility & Costs

Preference returns require unused, unaltered merchandise with applicable packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Clearly disclosed hygiene-sensitive, personalized, gift-card, or final-sale exclusions may apply, subject to mandatory rights.

Customers generally pay preference-return postage. Confirmed product or fulfillment faults receive an appropriate remedy without customer-paid reasonable fault-related return costs. No separate restocking fee applies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report damage, defects, missing pieces, or incorrect items promptly, preferably within 7 days. This recommendation does not shorten the 30-day window or statutory rights.

Inspection & Refunds

Inspection generally takes 5 business days after receipt. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. Provider posting may take longer. Lawful deductions may apply for avoidable damage or missing components.

Exchanges & Cancellation

Exchanges depend on stock. Request cancellation preferably within 12 hours; fulfillment may prevent it. Successfully canceled pre-fulfillment orders incur no cancellation fee.
