Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Verification, holidays, demand, and stock availability may extend preparation.

U.S. standard transit generally takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, excluding preparation. International timing varies. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Fulfillment & Tracking

Orders may ship through different fulfillment partners or facilities and may arrive separately. The company address is not necessarily a dispatch or return warehouse.

Available tracking is emailed after dispatch. Allow approximately 48 hours for initial carrier updates.

Delays & Missing Parcels

Contact us about prolonged tracking gaps, significant delays, or missing deliveries. A “Delivered” scan does not prevent investigation. Resolutions depend on shipment circumstances and applicable rights.

Addresses & Import Charges

Check your delivery address carefully. Changes are not guaranteed after preparation begins; customer-caused redelivery may incur reasonable costs.

Unless checkout states otherwise, recipients pay applicable import duties, taxes, and clearance charges.
