Guangzhou Zhenwei Cosmetics Co., Ltd. owns and operates kyuer™ and its official website, kyuer.com. These terms cover purchases and associated transactions made through the store.

Product Details & Suitability

We take reasonable care when presenting descriptions, images, prices, measurements, materials, included components, available options, and stock information.

Before purchasing an accessory, review its dimensions, fit, materials, fastening details, care instructions, and any stated suitability requirements. Choose the correct size, color, and option where available.

Lighting, screen settings, and ordinary production differences may cause slight variations in appearance. These variations do not remove rights concerning defective or materially misdescribed goods.

Order Review & Acceptance

Orders may require checks relating to payment, inventory, delivery information, and fraud prevention.

Where applicable law allows, we may decline, limit, or cancel orders affected by unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, insufficient stock, significant pricing errors, inaccurate delivery details, or legal restrictions.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the appropriate amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Prices, Currency & Taxes

Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). The checkout displays the applicable product amounts, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes as available.

Check the final total before paying. Your bank or payment service may separately charge for currency conversion or other services.

Payment Authorization

Payment options are limited to those offered in the actual checkout. Participating providers independently determine whether to approve, decline, or review a transaction.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Most available products are prepared within 1–3 business days following payment authorization. Estimated standard transit to U.S. destinations is generally 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Preparation is additional to transit time. These periods are estimates rather than promised arrival dates. Consult our Shipping Policy for destinations, charges, tracking, and exceptions.

Delivery Details & Assistance

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We will reasonably assist with shipment problems, although changes may become impossible once fulfillment starts.

Legal protections concerning goods that are lost, delayed, or not delivered continue to apply.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Contact us promptly if you need to amend or cancel a purchase, preferably within 12 hours of checkout.

Whether we can accommodate the request depends on fulfillment progress. A successfully canceled, eligible order that has not entered fulfillment carries no separate cancellation fee.

Offers & Discount Codes

An offer may have its own eligibility rules, end date, minimum spend, exclusions, or other stated conditions. Check the conditions published with the promotion.

Where lawful, we may reject misuse of promotional codes.

Returns, Refunds & Product Problems

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our published return requirements and applicable consumer law.

Customer Conduct

Do not place fraudulent orders, conduct unlawful transactions, or interfere with store operations.

These terms do not remove or restrict statutory consumer rights or liability when doing so would be unlawful.

We may revise these terms when operations or legal requirements change. Subject to applicable law, the version available when you make a purchase generally applies to that purchase.
